To help you learn more about who is actually serving you, our professionals have shared a little bit about themselves, including their favorite part of the job and what they like to do outside of work - because every successful agent should have hobbies!
Wendy Diedrich, CIC, CISR - Owner
Wendy grew up in Little Chute, Wisconsin and has been living in the Fox Valley her whole life. She was licensed in Property & Casualty in 2008, received her CISR designation in 2010, was licensed in Life & Health in 2014, and purchased the agency from Bob Walter in 2015. Wendy continued her insurance education, became licensed in Minnesota in 2020, and received her CIC designation in 2022. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help people with all their insurance needs while educating them at the same time. From college students with renters policies, to a couple’s first home, to a family with home, auto, cabin and all the toys, her goal is to continue to provide exceptional lifetime customer service. Wendy has been married to her husband Deeds since 1992 and together they raised three children: Jamie, Stephanie, and Ryan. Her greatest accomplishment is being a mom. Outside of work she enjoys camping and travelling to visit her out-of-state children.
Courtney Huss, CISR
Courtney started her insurance career when she received her license in Property & Casualty in 2012, and then later getting her Life license in 2014. After joining Diedrich Family Insurance in November of 2015, she knew early on that the agency would help her grow even more as an insurance professional…and she was right. In May of 2019, Courtney completed her CISR designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and is grateful for the support she received during that process. Each day she strives to provide excellent customer service and thinks it is essential to educate clients on insurance so they can better understand why it is so important. Her favorite part about being an agent is getting to know each client and family on a personal level and feels it is imperative to build that relationship and trust with them, so they feel comfort in knowing they are taken care of and properly protected. Courtney graduated from Kimberly High School, and currently resides there with her husband (Tyler), 2 sons (Lincoln & Maverick) and their Pug (Sulley). She enjoys volunteering and helping coordinate events for Kimberly Fire & Rescue where her husband is a firefighter/EMT, crafting, and spending times with family and friends. You can probably find her and the family at the ice rink in the winter, or the ball diamond in summer, watching her oldest son, play hockey and baseball. Going forward, she intends to keep learning more about the ever-evolving insurance industry, assist in growing the agency, and take on more responsibilities.
